We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for the opening of Nekajui and had the pleasure of meeting Gabriela and Valeria—they were incredible with our kids! We had such a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria, made even better thanks to Gabriela. She took care of our baby Hazel, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such loving hands. Hazel kept saying how much she loves “Miss Gabby,” and our toddler enjoyed her time so much she actually cried when it was time to say goodbye.
